Presenter Information

Oral Presentations:

A computer with pdf-viewer and powerpoint, a video projector and presentation tools will be available at the venue. Please upload your slides to indico in advance and appear at least 15 min early to your session in order to introduce yourself to the session chair. Guidelines for the file upload on indico can be found further below.

If you don't want to make your slides publicly available on indico you can bring the file for your talk on a USB stick. Please take care of transferring your files to the computer at least 30 min prior to the start of your session.

The use of personal laptops is discouraged as this usually results in a longer switchover period between talks.

Please keep in mind that all presentations in parallel sessions are supposed to last 20 + 5 minutes and all talks in plenary sessions are supposed to last 30 + 5 minutes.

As we have a busy schedule, please keep your time!

To upload your slides to Indico, please visit the timetable (and choosing "detailed view") on the Indico website of the conference:

Make sure you are logged in! Check in the top right corner, where your name should appear.

Click on your contribution in the timetable and then click the right upper corner in the appearing pop-up.
